Giải được tổ chức tại Ấn Độ từ 7 đến 14/12/2005. Tôn Thất Như Tùng đã xuất sắc đoạt huy chương vàng nhóm tuổi U14.

Indians swept the medals tally (21/24) in the Parsvnath Asian Youth Chess Championships that took place in Delhi from Dec 7-14. They won seven gold, seven silver and seven bronze medals while only Vietnam posed some resistance to us winning one gold, silver and bronze. Other eight nations failed to make the podium.
Players from ten nations took part and the show was splendidly organised by the Delhi Chess Association at the Indira Gandhi Stadium. Chief arbiter was Hamid Abdul Majid of Malaysia.

Boys U-8: 1 Girish A.Kaushik, 2 Prince Bajaj, 3. Sayantan Das.

Boys U-10: 1 V.A.V.Rajesh, 2 Fenil Shah, 3 Vishwanath Prasad Anatagiri.

Boys U-12: 1 K.Priyadarshan, 2 Vidit Gujarati, 3 L.Sriharsha.

Boys U-14: 1 Ton That Nhu Tung (Vie), 2 Y.Sandeep, 3 S.Nitin

Girls U-8: 1 M.P.N.Vyshnavi, 2 G.Aiswarya, 3 Ivana Furtado.

Girls U-10: 1 K.Sai Nirupama, 2 Priyanka Kumari, 3 Do Hoang Minh Tho (Vie).

Girls U-12: 1 Padmini Rout, 2 Nguyen Thi Mai Hung (Vie), 3 Pallabi Roy.

Girls U-14: 1 Dhyani Dave, 2 I.Ramyakrishna, 3 Bhakti Kulkarni
